Delivery
Outside of holiday periods the expected delivery time is within 2 weeks.
Delivery (all of Australia) is charged at the following rates. Please email us if you haven't received your goods within 7 days of getting confirmation that it has been sent, unless you have chosen standard delivery.

Back Orders
Out of stock items will be placed on back order and dispatched freight free as soon as they are available. These items will not be invoiced until delivery. If you are not happy with the expected delivery date of any backordered items, you have the right to cancel these items.
Returns
We offer our resources on a 30-day approval basis. If you decide a product is not for you, please return it in a re-saleable condition within 30 days. Please email sales@smartkids.com.au to book the return in. Returns are sent to New Zealand and the cost of returns is not refunded (so please choose carefully). Please also be aware that you are responsible for all returned goods until they reach our offices, so please pack thoughtfully and obtain proof of postage. We will not necessarily except returns of products if you have ordered multiple copies of one item. If you are unsure about a product please order one and order more at a later stage.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email sales@smartkids.com.au to arrange a replacement.
Shortages
Please report any shortages within 48 hours of delivery.
GST
The prices on our website are shown inclusive of GST. The GST total is shown in your shopping basket.

We will do our utmost to ensure everything on our website is accurate and up to date. However if an item is unavailable or mis-priced we will contact you before shipping to inform you. If available we will ask whether you want to buy the product at the correct price or cancel your order.
