Returns
We offer our resources on a 30-day approval basis. If you decide a product is not for you, please return it in a re-saleable condition within 30 days. Please email sales@smartkids.com.au to book the return in. Returns are sent to New Zealand and the cost of returns is not refunded (so please choose carefully). Please also be aware that you are responsible for all returned goods until they reach our offices, so please pack thoughtfully and obtain proof of postage. We will not necessarily except returns of products if you have ordered multiple copies of one item. If you are unsure about a product please order one and order more at a later stage.
Faulty or Damaged Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, please email sales@smartkids.com.au to arrange a replacement.
Shortages
Please report any shortages within 48 hours of delivery.
