NON-FICTION DIRECTORY

This cleverly designed directory takes students through the steps of constructing a piece of non-fiction text. Six different types of non-fiction texts are identified: Explanation Texts, Reports, Discussion Texts, Persuasive Texts, Recounts and Instructional Texts. Students are guided through the various stages from planning, to writing, to editing.
